F ( x ) = ax + b
f ( -1 ) = 9          -a + b = 9
f ( -2 ) = 6         -2a + b = 6
Eleminasi f ( -1 ) dengan f ( -2 )
didapat a = 3 dan b = 12

a. maka f ( x ) =  3x + 12
b. Nilai f ( 1 ) = 3 ( 1 ) + 12 = 15
c f ( x ) = 19
   3x + 12 = 19
   3x         =  7
     x         = 7 / 3
