Five o'clock tea custom has been originated in 1661 by Prince Charles II and his wife. The ricipe for a perfect tea was published in 1915 in book titled "The Afternoon Tea Book". Traditionally english tea is served in teapot and poured into porcelain teacups. This tradition is still practised.
