The picture describes a very happy girl, who can be talking to someone or watching something on her iPad. She seams joyful and thrilled, she might be laughing. She is sitting in a park, where there is a lot of green around her which probably gives her that happiness and joy. The girl is wearing pinkish trousers, green blouse and a white scarf, as accessorize she obviously has headphones because she is in a public place talking to someone and a brown leather watch. 
In my opinion she looks like she is catching up with a friend or family member and everything seems so interesting for her.
