We have discuss renting a flat. The location is really important for me. I would like to rent the flat near a park. I can relax only in the silence. Moreover I will be really happy if this flat is near our school. Do your agree with me? I think we can't spend a lot of money so we should look for something cheap. Apart from that we must divide fees for electric power. In my view it will be fair when we pay equal amount. What do yout think? We can find another flatmate. I think it will be good solution. Furthermore we should find fully furnished flat which contains fridge, washing machine and other devices.
