WAITER: How would you like it?
JHON: Medium. And could you also bring us a tomato salad?
WAITER: Certainly, sir.
MARY: Excuse me. Instead of duck. I think I´d like the veal.

JOHN: We´d like a nice bottle of red wine-Bacchus, if you have it.
