2(x+5)=4(y-4x)
10(y-x)=11y-12x

2x + 10 = 4y - 16x -------> 18x - 4y = -10 ............... (1) 
10y - 10x = 11y - 12x ---> 2x - y = 0 ---> 2x = y ..... (2) 

Reemplazando (2) en (1): 
18x - 4(2x) = -10 
18x - 8x = -10 
10x = -10 
x = 10/-10 
x = -1 

Ahora, reemplazamos x = -1 en (2): 
2(-1) = y 
-2 = y 
y = -2

x = -1 
y = -2
