Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone is the first part of asix-cycle, telling the adventures of young wizard Harry Potter. The author of the novel is JK Rowling, British writer, a teacher of literature, who created one of the most popular and excitingbooks for young people.
The novel touches on the problem of universality. He talks aboutthe fact that even small, at first glance inconspicuous creature,can affect the fate of the world and fight evil. The hero is Harry, the son of famous wizards - Potters. From birth was marked by,in the form of scars on his forehead, which was established in dangerous circumstances. The story takes place in London of the late twentieth century and at a school for wizards at Hogwarts.
