Preparation:
*Eggsstick tothebowl.Bunsin half,toastinthe toasterandwhen coldspread withbutter.Heat afrying panonlowpoweranddissolveitin2 tablespoonsbutter,addeggandsprinklelightlywith salt(smoked salmoncan bequitesalty).Fryover low heat,forless than aminute,gentlymoving theeggwith a wooden spoontogentlyścięły,butwere stilldampand inlargerpieces.
*Once theproteinsarealmostcompletelycut off,add thesalmonandchivesand season withfreshlyground black pepper.Gentlystir,removefrompanandspreadevenlyoneachhalf ofbuns.
