1.Some people like horror stories, because there are people who like to be scared. Everyone is different - some of us like to comedies, some people like horror movies.Each of us is different and has the right to watch the movies which they like.

2.In horror films are often murderers who prey on their victims. They are frightening because they attack people by surprise and often that happens at night.

I think people enjoy horror stories because they need something different than reality.
They probably like the thrill of fear.
In my opinion they enjoy sories like that because they are boring of typical happy endings in books or movies. They need something completely different.
Popular creatures are zombies. Zombie is the body of daed person but given the semblance of life.
They are frightening because they can turn normaln people into one of them,and when they will catch you,there is no chance to survive.
