London is in the south England, on the river Thames (Tamiza). In Roman times it was called Londinium. Two years ago there the population was 45.000, but now it is about 7.5 milion. In 19 century the street called Trafalgar Square. People was called Londoners, or 'Cockneys'. Famous Londoners was: Charlie Chaplin, actor, and Arthur Conan Doyle, inventor of 'Sherlock Holmes'. *I very like London, because it is very beautifull city.
