Hi Tom,
How are you? Couple days ago i went on a organized meeting about ways of nutrition. It was about how drinking 1 litre of water is going to make your body more healthy and also they were talking about how unhealthy is eating in McDonald's. The speaker was a student from Oxford Univeristy. Meeting took place on fifth october in our school gym. The man who was talking to us, told that the most important thing is to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I think that it his tips were pretty helpful and i will folow them in my life.
