Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the MP3 player which I have bought on the 4th of the November through your online shop - www.amazingitems.com.
First of all, after opening the box, it turned out that the device was damaged. The surface was scratched. I could not believe my eyes. Secondly, when I turned it on, it did not work properly. After a few seconds it has switched off. To make matters worse, the package was incredibly belated.
In conclusion I feel deeply appalled by the way I have been treated. I have already written but nothing has changed. The faulty item has not been replaced. I am sending it back to you including the bill of sale. As a recompense I demand a full refund ; otherwise I shall be forced to take further steps.
