You had a visitor when you were absent. He was quite tall, had dark brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a red check shirt and black trousers. He said you had an appointment with him about the apartment you're trying to sell. He was very nice and well-mannered and promised to call you later to set a new meeting. He seems to be a really good man, so I think you should sell this flat to him.
