12x³ + 11x² - 7x + 5 = ( Ax² + Bx +C)(3x+2) + R
12x³ + 11x² - 7x + 5 = ( 3Ax³ +(2A+3B)x² + (2B+3C)x + 2C + R
3A =12 --> A= 4
2A + 3B = 11 --> 3B = 11-8 --> B = 1
2B + 3C = -7 ---> 3C = -7 -2 --> C = 3
2C + R = 5 ---> R = 5 - 2C  --> R = -1
