Set the scene at a restaurant. One will be a waiter/waitress,another will be a customer who is having meal a restaurant, and the other one will be the manager of the restaurant.
The customer will make a complaint about the food he/she orders to the waiter/waitrees,and he/she wants to see the manager. The manager explains the situations and offer him/her solution or sugesstion.
