Para calcular el tiempo aplicamos la siguiente fórmula : 

t = d/v

Convertimos los 120 km/h a m/s, para ello dividimos dicha velocidad por 3,6

120 km/h / 3,6 = 33,33 m/s

Convertimos el 1,2 km a metros.
1 km = 1000 metros
1,2 * 1000 = 1200 metros

Datos : 

v = 33,33 m/s
d = 1200 m
t = ?

t = 1200 m / 33,33 m/s

t = 36 s
