It *was* almost 8 o'clock and I was really sad because until that time nobody has *called* me to say: "Happy Birthday". I was all alone at home, so I *decided* to cook dinner and *watch* T.V. There were only horrible movie and reality shows so I *turned* it off and I *took* out a book to read. I was so depressed I *couldn't* concentrate on my reading. All of a sudden, the bell *rang*. It was my best friend Sara! She *brought* me a delicious cake. In the next 5 minutes, the rest of the gang *arrived* with pizzas, sodas and ice-cream. It was the best birthday ever.
