1. When your ID card expires, you must keep it and immediatelly go to the nearest local office. There you can achive documents to fill in and with the documents give back the old ID card. Your new one will be ready in no longer then two weeks.

2. Insurence policy is something that seems to be useless but I believe you should really have it! If something unexpected happenes on the road, you are always sure that you are insured, so all putative damage will be paid. Moreover in many countries policy is obligatory so you never know if you are not breaking a law.

3. Excuse me... This year I have had many scientific achievements and I'd like to apply for a schoolarship. Sadly I don't know how the fill in the application for. Could you give me some advice?
