                                  16x = 700 + 20

panjang = 5x - 25 cm
              = 5(45) - 25
              = 225 - 25
              = 200 cm

lebar = 3x + 15
         = 3(45) + 15
         = 135 + 15
         = 150 cm

Luas = p x l
         = 200 cm x 150 cm
         = 30.000 cm²
         = 3 m²
