I am writing to complain about an MP3 player that I bought from your shop in Oxford Street last week.
Although the sound quality is excellent, the instructions on the screen are in Japanese and I can't understand them.I am returning the MP3 player with this letter. I would be grateful if you could repair the fault or replace the MP3 player.
