Czy poniższy list jest poprawny gramatycznie?

Jadę na wymianę polsko-niemiecką i muszę napisać list o sobie. Czy napisałam to poprawnie gramatycznie? Jeśli nie, to co poprawić? Dziękuję za pomoc. :))

Hello,
My name is Zuzia. I'm 15 years old. I live in Giżycko in Masuria. I go to second class in junior high school.
I really like reading books. My favourite are "Harry Potter" and "The Hunger Games". I sometimes ride horse. I'm a guide- this is my biggest hobby. I love going to the camp and meeting new people, who like this too. I learn to play guitar, but unfornutanely I don't do this very well. After school, I like hang out with my friends- we often watch films and do something funny. I have cat, his name is Wasyl.
I really excited about our travel to Germany, I love adventures. I will hope, we have fun.

Czy poniższe teksty są poprawne gramatycznie? Kosewo Górne (ger. Ober Kossewen)- village in Poland located in the Masuria in Mrągowo county. In the years 1975-1998 the town administratively belonged to the regional capital Olsztyn. The town is situated by the lake Kuc. There is a Research Station , which leads breeding of deer , fallow deer , elk, mouflon, polish horses and Przewalski's horse.
