Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you because I would like to complain about your restaurant where I was having dinner with my husband on Monday evening.
Firstly the waiters were very slow. We had been waiting for the meal about an hour before we finally recieved it. Moreover pasta was too spicy and pizza undoubtly cold. The next thing which I didn't like was the surpising pise of the food. When we got a bill we couldn't believe how much the dishes costed.
All in all I expect some apology for our spoiled time and I hope you will improve your service . In other way I am afraid that you can lose your customers.
