1. We agreed to this motion to allow the school board to fire teachers with low quality of performance on the main reason so that teacher doesnt affect the students mental and insighst. Lets assume that this teacher has a low abilty and performance on intellect, attitude, and way to teach. Surely, nowadays teacher is someone who earned great respect from students, so everything they said had to be true because the student would memorize and retell what he/she had said. If what that teacher said is wrong in some ways, that could definitely affect the student's knowledge.
Nah lu jelasin aja apa yang terjadi kalo misalnya attitude gurunya jelek atau cara ngajarnya jelek ngaruhnya apa ke murid
So in this case, I propose the machanism is that first, we create a monthly survey on the students if theres any teacher they think to should or should teach on their class and their reasons. Its not hard to do the survey at all.
And if theres one or more teachers that is disliked by the students, the school boards should summon this teacher and interrogate him or her, also revising his/her way to teach
This "programme" is beneficial to both students and school. If the teacher has a good quality, logically, the students also do
