Workmanship: to sieve the Flour, to add the icing sugar, eggs, the milk and the salt. To mix, to cover with the cloth and to put back on 30 minutes. Before very frying to add molten butter or oil to the cake and to mix. It is possible to fry pancakes in the dry frying pan (only to fry the first pancake on oil) or to fry all next pancakes in fat.

• 3 tablespoons melted butter or oil
• vegetable oil for frying





Performance:

Sift flour, add powdered sugar, eggs, milk and salt. Mix, cover with cloth and allow to stand for 30 minutes. Just before frying add to the dough melted butter or oil and mix. Pancakes can fry in a dry frying pan (only the first pancake fry in olive oil) or any subsequent pancakes fried in fat.
