Jimi Hendrix (1942-1970), American guitarist, singer, author and composer of rock songs. Precursor of modern guitar playing using the electroacoustic coupling. He debuted the end of the 50s Twentieth century in teams rhythm'n'bluesowych. In the '60s collaborated from Little Richard and T. Turner, leader of the 1966 blues-rock band Jimmy James Blues Flames, he also led the Jimi Hendrix Experience. Celebrity rock festivals in Monterey (1967) and Woodstock (1969).
