Im very happy that you want to work about your condition! If you want to lose weight I think that the most important thing is eating less but more often. Secondly, you have to finish with sweets, it's something that makes you fat the most. You should train at least every other day, but it'd be better if you do it everyday. Next one, you should not eat white bread. You should als eat more fresh fruits and vegatables. Fast foods is something that you have been done with. If you wont see any results - dont give up! You wont see them on the second day. You have to wait a little longer and have patience, especially because it's really worth. Wish you luck!
