La mejor forma es utilizando vectores.
Sea U el vector CD = (12, - 3) - (- 3, 12) = (15, - 15)
Luego U/3 = (5, - 5)
OP = OC + U/3 = (- 3, 12) + (5, - 5) = (2, 7)
OQ = OC + 2/3 U = (- 3, 12) + (10, - 10) = (7, 2)
Por lo tanto: P(2,7); Q(7, 2) son los puntos buscados.
