Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about products which I bought yesterday in your supermarket.
First, I bought six youghurts - and it was past the sell-by date. Secondly, I bought some salmons but were not fresh and also were expensive - 8 USD for one fish. I am really dissatisfied, because this is my favorite supermarket and I have always been happy with shopping and now I am really disappointed.
No-one replied on my e-mails and I am frustrated.
I would like to get a refound.
