Supongo que la ecuación es 3x al cuadrado + x - 80 = 0: (3x)^2 + x - 80 = 0 (3x + 16)(x - 5) = 0 3x + 16 = 0 ó x - 5 = 0 3x = -16 ó x = 5 x = -16/3 ó x = 5 Rpta: x = { -16/3 ; 5}
Con la Ecuación General: (3x)^2 + x - 80 = 0 a = 3 , b = 1 , c = -80 x = [ -b ± √(b)^2- 4(a)( c ) ] / 2a x = [ -1 ± √(1)^2- 4(3)(-80) ] / 2(3) x = [ -1 ± √ 1 + 960 ] / 6 x = [ -1 ± √ 961 ] / 6 x = [ -1 ± 31 ] / 6
Los dos valores serán:
x = [ -1 + 31 ] / 6 ó x = [ -1 - 31 ] / 6 x = [ 30 ] / 6 ó x = [ -32 ] / 6 x = 5 ó x = (-16/3)
Rpta: x = { -16/3 ; 5}

Claro tbm saldría solo sería de reemplazar los valores a = 3, b = 1 , c = -80
(3x)^2 + x - 80 = 0
(3x + 16)(x - 5) = 0
3x + 16 = 0 ó x - 5 = 0
3x = -16 ó x = 5
x = -16/3 ó x = 5
Rpta: x = { -16/3 ; 5}
