(6 + 1/3 x) (6 - 1/3 x) + ( 1/9 x² - 8/3 x + 16) = 4

36 - 1/9 x² + 1/9 x² - 8/3 x + 16 = 4

- 8/3 x = 4 -16 - 36

- 8/3 x = - 48   / · (- 3/8)

 x =  - 48 ·(- 3/8) = 6 · 3 =18

x = 18
