a) (x^3-x)/(1-x) = x(x^2-1)/(1-x)= -x(1-x^2)/(1-x)= -x(1-x)(1+x)/(1-x)= -x(x+1)

b)(x^2-14x+49)/(49-x^2) =  (x-7)^2/-(x^2-49) = (x-7)^2/-(x-7)(x+7)= -(x-7)/(x+7)

c) (x^3-3x^2-9x+27)/(x^2-6x+9)= [x^2(x-3) -9(x-3)]/(x-3)^2= (x-3)^2*(x+3)/(x-3)^2= x+3

d)  (36+3x-3x^2)/(x^2+6x+9)=-3(x^2-x-12)/(x+3)^2= -3(x+3)(x-4)/(x+3)^2= -3(x-4)/(x+3)

e) (-2x^2-14x+16)/(3x^2+15x-72)= -2(x^2+7x-8)/3(x^2+5x-24)=-2(x+8)(x-1)/3(x+8)(x-3)= -2(x-1)/3(x-3)

f) f)(2x^2-4x)/(2-x) =2x(x-2)/(2-x)=-2x(2-x)/(2-x)=-2x
